Changed your mind? Send it back within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging, and we will refund the purchase price. Return postage is yours unless the item was faulty or we sent the wrong thing.
Faulty or damaged on arrival? Email a photo to hello@acacialivingco.com and we will send a replacement straight away. No return needed for broken ceramics.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within three business days of the item reaching us.
None of this limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which apply regardless of our policy.
