Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day from Sydney. Everything goes tracked with Australia Post and you will get the tracking number by email as soon as it is scanned.
Estimated delivery — Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Canberra two to three business days. Adelaide and Hobart three to four. Perth, Darwin and regional areas four to six.
We do not ship outside Australia at this stage.
Ceramics are packed in moulded pulp and double-boxed. If something arrives broken anyway, send us a photo and we will replace it — you do not need to send the broken one back.
